SMS Alert Policy & Opt-In Process
YOLO Enterprise LLC operates a low-volume automated alert system that delivers operational notifications via SMS to pre-authorized recipients. This service is not open to public subscription and is limited to individuals directly authorized by the system administrator.
Message content: System status alerts, operational notifications, and time-sensitive administrative messages. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.
Frequency: Message volume does not exceed a few messages per day.
How recipients are enrolled (verbal consent)
- The system administrator contacts the intended recipient directly (in person or by phone) and explains the purpose, content, and expected frequency of SMS alerts.
- The recipient verbally agrees to receive automated system status messages at their mobile number. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of any purchase or service.
- The administrator enrolls the recipient's phone number in the alert system.
- The recipient receives a confirmation SMS:
"YOLO Enterprise: You have been enrolled in system status alerts. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply."
- The recipient may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You may also contact admin@yolo-enterprises.com to be removed.
