SMS Alert Policy & Verbal Consent Process

YOLO Enterprise LLC operates a low-volume automated alert system that delivers operational notifications via SMS to pre-authorized recipients. This service is not open to public subscription and is limited to individuals directly authorized by the system administrator.

Message content: System status alerts, operational notifications, and time-sensitive administrative messages. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.

Frequency: Message volume does not exceed a few messages per day.

Verbal Consent Script

Administrator: "Hi [Name], I'd like to add your phone number to our automated system alert service at YOLO Enterprise. You would receive automated text messages about system status — things like server health checks and operational alerts. Message frequency will not exceed a few messages per day. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for assistance. Consent is completely voluntary and is not required for any service. Would you like to be enrolled?"
Recipient: [Provides verbal agreement]
Administrator: [Records recipient's name, phone number, date, and confirmation of verbal consent in an internal log]
System sends confirmation SMS:
"YOLO Enterprise: You have been enrolled in system status alerts. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply."

Consent Record-Keeping

For each enrolled recipient, the following information is recorded and retained in an internal log:

  • Recipient's full name
  • Mobile phone number
  • Date and time verbal consent was obtained
  • Name of the administrator who obtained consent
  • Confirmation that the consent script was read in full

Records are retained for as long as the recipient is enrolled and for a minimum of one year after opt-out or removal.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You may also contact admin@yolo-enterprises.com to be removed.
